Welcome to The Via Institute, a project of Peninsula Community Chapel in Yorktown, VA. Via Institute exists to engage the culture with the gospel.  Our three principal activities are an evening institute holding seminary-level courses, organizing an annual Veritas forum at Christopher Newport University, and publishing an occasional "Comic" Blog called "Inside Culture Care with Pascall and Hume.  You have found the home of the blog.  I hope you enjoy it.
